Coastline Treasures

The childhood years were the best.  No worries, no stress, no rush.  As a young child, I would spend hours out in the blazing sun letting my imagination run wild.  On the weekends my day would end with a special extra touch.  My father loved to sit in the hammock and take a load of his mind.  My sister and I were always eager to join him in the rainbow colored hammock.  The three of us would lay there for hours, drifting into a deep sleep as the warm sun beat down upon us.

These were the days that I think back on to keep me motivated.  My father was always my biggest cheerleader, giving me inspiration to this day.  A duplicate of that rainbow cotton hammock swings in my backyard, keeping my dad’s spirit close.

Many children are immediately drawn to animals, which is why visits to the zoo or aquarium can be such easy and fun trips for your kids. And if you know that your kid is particularly enamored with animals, consider a special trip to SeaWorld or some other place where your child can enjoy aquatic feats and tricks. If you do make one of these visits, make sure that you check out a dolphin show. Dolphins are notorious for being extremely intelligent, and as such, they can learn some truly amazing aquatic tricks.

Just be aware that it’s very likely your kid will be enamored with these graceful and agile animals. After viewing a few hours of their playfulness, your kid will probably beg to decorate their room in dolphin decor. Luckily, this is a relatively easy request to grant. After all, there are so many different kinds of décor items you can implement in a kid’s room. These range from a dolphin lamp to a dolphin mural. Whatever the case, your kid is sure to reminisce about the impressive display every time they enter their room.
